On Thursday morning, Legend responded to Donald Trump's sexist tweets about Morning Joe's host Mika Brzezinski with the perfect tweet coming after not only the president, but the first lady as well.

"I see Melania's campaign to end cyberbullying is off to a slow start," Legend tweeted.
He's referring to Melania's promise while on the campaign that she would hone in on cyberbullying if her husband was elected.
“Technology has changed our universe. But like anything that is powerful it can have a bad side. We have seen this already. As adults, many of us are able to handle mean words — even lies. Children and teenagers can be fragile," Melania said on the trail.
"We have to find a better way to talk to each other, to disagree with each other, to respect each other," she explained.
It's safe to say, she hasn't done anything for cyberbullying—and in fact, seems to be endorsing the POTUS with his own bullying efforts on Twitter.
When asked about the presidents unhinged and sexist tweets about Brzezinski, Stephanie Grisham, Melania's communications director, released a statement today.
"As the First Lady has stated publicly in the past, when her husband gets attacked, he will punch back 10 times harder," the statement read, according to CNN.

Looks like when America elects a reality television star as its president, Legend will appropriately strike back 10 times harder, too.
